夏娜和海琪第一次跟小艾和卡蜜爾分離二十天或半個月整，兩個愛孫會思念阿爸阿姆，但沒有吵鬧。
夏娜跟Lola先提早六天前往溫哥華島與親戚同住，夏娜會說要回家看阿爸和阿姆，但不是大問題，因爲親戚家有三個小男孩，年紀在6、5、4歲，大家可以一起玩，就像托兒所一樣。
卡蜜爾公司2024年度合夥人會議在巴塞隆納舉行，可攜眷一人參加。
公司設有很多參訪活動讓他們選擇。
小艾夫妻也安排巴黎順道遊。
11月1日阿爸送海琪去學校。
老艾阿公11月1日接海琪下課，海琪在停車場一下車，尖叫哭喊表演想念父母，很是搞笑。
進門，又一次的表演給阿嬤看，讓阿嬤笑不攏嘴。

阿姆轉來海琪老師的訊息：
Hxxxx - Hallway Accident
Good afternoon,
I just wanted to let you know that Hxxxx had a bump on her head today in the hallway after recess.
She bent down to pick up something and has she came up, she bumped her head on a locker door. She has a small bump at the top of her forehead, we gave her ice right away. She didn't have a headache but we did check on her periodically.

Hi Grade 1 Families!
Things have really been picking up in grade 1! We completed our first 2 - concept week for UFLI. It was a lot in one go, but the class has done a great job at displaying their understanding and everyone has a great attitude in participating! We are still working on addition sentences and using different strategies to understand. The class has been introduced to different habitat types and we will be learning about which habitats we see in Richmond! We are excited to move more deeply into communities and understand our community circles a bit more!
The grade 7's gave the whole school a reverent and solemn assembly to help us understand the importance of Remembrance Day. The class learned about what the poppy resembles, and how hard the soldiers fought for peace in our world. We learned that Peace looks different for every person. Peace is what makes us feel calm and safe, and each students' representation of peace reflects on their own personalities. Please remember to take the time to have a moment of silence and reflection on November 11th at 11:00 am.
As we move into November, please remember to send your child to school in appropriate outside clothing. As you are aware, we go outside in the sun or rain. As the temperature begins to get colder, please make sure that your child has a jacket or thick sweater!

Missing you and Sxxx lots.
While we’re away, please:
1) Read at least one book daily,
2) Sleep early when asked by Agong and Ama,
3) Watch TV only when eating, and/or no more than two hours in one week,
4) When going to piano lessons, concentrate and pay attention to Ms Sheryl and Ama, don’t monkey around,
5) Eat vegetables
6) Brush your teeth
You will get a present when we see you, if you are well-behaved.

Antoni Gaudí was a very special builder from Spain, a county in Europe. Aba and Abu are in Spain right now.
Mr Gaudi was born a long time ago in 1852. He loved to make beautiful buildings that looked like they were made from nature, with colorful tiles and funny shapes. The biggest and most famous building he worked on is called the Sagrada Família—a giant church that is still being built today! See the picture that we took. We went to the church he designed today.
Gaudí liked to think about how people and nature can be friends, and he made parks and homes that showed that. His amazing buildings make people smile and wonder, and many of them are now very famous all around the world!
夏娜11月12日從溫哥華島回到列治文，隔天就到新學校報到。
新學校是海琪未進小學前上過的同一所，夏娜變換環境一點都沒有問題。
11月12日早上，老艾阿公要載海琪上學，車子無法啟動，兩人連走帶跑費了27分鐘到學校，遲到兩分鐘，建築物前後出入口已經關閉，需要按門鈴才進得了穿堂。
很多同學遲到。
海琪學校早上開門時間是8:30～8:45，真正開始上課時間是9:00。放學時間是下午3:00，週三放學時間是下午2:00。
11月13日早上六點多，下大雨。老艾擔心海琪徒步上學有問題，傳Line要Lolo順道來接海琪上學，但Lolo七點半來，海琪準備不及。
原本要坐公車上學，還好雨停，兩公孫慢步到校，花了32分鐘輕鬆到校。應該是比等坐公車快一些！
老艾阿公到學校辦公室找Lolo，麻煩他下午兩點下班順道接海琪到艾嬤家，幫車子的電池充電。
原來電池沒電是兩三天前，海琪玩弄汽車頂燈，大家都沒發現頂燈沒關。
11月13日15:03阿姆轉來海琪老師的訊息：
Good afternoon,
Hxxxx has volunteered to be a reader at our Grade 1 school mass on Thursday, November 28, 2024. She will be reading the 1st reading!
The reading is quite lengthy and has very difficult words for grade 1s to read. I will be speaking to Fr. Smith to use the children's liturgy reading instead. But unfortunately, he is away and will be back next Tuesday, November 18th. Once Fr. Smith has approved the children's liturgy reading, I will send a copy of the reading to you so that you are able to practice with Hxxxx at home. I believe that Hxxxx will have no issue with the reading but she will still have plenty of time to practice!

隔天早上，海琪很高興不用再走路上下學了。
海琪放學時喜歡在學校遊樂場和好朋友玩一陣子。
海琪週一和週二17:30～18:30有一對一數學課，是家教式的。
商場裡的數學教室，很寬敞明亮，海琪熟門熟路的按平版報到和下課。
數學教室裡，中學生的大孩子居多，有些像家教老師陪作數學功課。
海琪週四16:00～17:30有一堂舞蹈課，教室在工業區的二樓，離家比較遠，下班下課時段很塞車。
艾嬤怕遲到，從學校接海琪後，直接開車到IKEA的停車場換瑜珈衣和餵點心。
海琪說上舞蹈課前不能吃太多東西，艾嬤週四回家後再煮晚餐，是搞得有點勞累。
11月15日中午，阿爸阿姆回到溫哥華，下午去接海琪和夏娜放學，兩人都樂不可支，又叫又跳。
當天晚上，艾嬤拿到一個YSL包，老艾也有一瓶人頭馬。
